The Changist works with clients through face to face training sessions and live web based training workshops, as well as providing one to one therapeutic coaching sessions in person or on line "live" via Zoom & MS Teams.

Personal Change
The Changist provides personal or business coaching, to facilitate the changes you desire, whether this is increased confidence, giving up smoking, weight loss or increasing the profitability or skill base of your business.
The techniques we use include, Mindfulness, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Transactional Analysis (TA) and Hypnotherapy.
Training, Workshops & Facilitation
The Changist provides a comprehensive range of training courses and workshops Offering a variety of Management Courses and many personal development workshops. We can work with you to provide bespoke designed courses and workshops to meet your needs.
We deliver Ofqual accredited courses including First Aid, Mental Health First Aid and Safeguarding.
Business Change
The Changist can assist you to facilitate change within your business or charity…. We provide a wide range of training courses & workshops throughout the UK. We also provide qualified Independent End Point Assessors.
We run Soft Skills Management courses, Equality & Diversity training, Neurodiversity Awareness, Managing Remote workers, and many workshops that assists in supporting your staff's Emotional and Mental Wellbeing.
